Service was ok but never offered a carwash of the car they serviced. I had to go back to the reception and ask for why it was not washed and the response was carwash not working with no timeline to be op they serviced. Staff, service and information were all top-notch, no concerns. On top of that they provided shuttle service to my home as well as a pick up when vehicle was ready. The worst dealership! I was promised run flat tires and did not receive. The “great” salesman (Manager) whom I dealt with promised me a great deal only to find out our ver I was promised run flat tires and did not receive. The “great” salesman (Manager) whom I dealt with promised me a great deal only to find out our verbal agreement of run flats was not honoured. I have always had run flats on my BMW’s … I called after sitting on a dangerous highway for 3 hours with a flat tire - only to be told that my salesman was no longer with the company!! The new manager seemed not very happy with the past manager … I found him to be rude and not at all accommodating. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership! I’ve lost faith in BMW!!! More

Love my car, hated every minute of the service. The salesman had no idea what he was doing.
