Previously I had dealt with another salesperson who really didn’t seem that interested in my concerns after I signed the paperwork. Marylou is attentive, personable and has exceptional customer service skills. I will tell everyone I know to look for her if they need a new car. She even followed up with me twice after I drive off of the lot. Thank you Marylou!!! More

Most people are mistrustful of car salesmen, and dealerships in general, but we can honestly say that this was the first dealership to ever put our needs above "just making a sale". They were helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase, Also, if you ever do need to use the Hyundai warranty, have no fear, Andrew Strati, the Service Manager will make sure the whole process is as painless as possible, and will go out of his way to keep you a happy customer. He knows his stuff, will keep you constantly in the loop, and is just an A1 super nice guy.They were #1 for customer satisfaction in Canada for a reason. We truly could not be happier with the whole process, from purchasing with Bud, Jay, and Anthony, the help we received from Ray Blais, and the consistently above and beyond customer service from Andrew. We will sing your praises to any and all potential customers. If you are considering buying a Hyundai...they are a fantastic car, but made even better by buying from this fantastic dealership. Arrived 5 mins prior to apptmnt time. 62 min wait to get in I thought the reason one made appointments was to be time efficient. Apparently not. My appointment was for 1 pm so I changed my morning work schedule I thought the reason one made appointments was to be time efficient. Apparently not. My appointment was for 1 pm so I changed my morning work schedule to arrive promptly at 12:55. I sat and looked through the window at my parked car - for 62 minutes before a "technician" drove it into the shop. I'm in the insurance industry and I can tell you that the majority of insurance clients would whine and/or leave if they had an appointment with me and I kept them waiting 62 minutes! Future servicing will be done at a Clearwater Fla dealership while I am down there seasonally. They get me in on time - every time. More
Awesome Customer Service I had an amazing experience with performance Hyundai, I was really upset when I drove from St. Catherine's to Ottawa, and was having car issues. The O I had an amazing experience with performance Hyundai, I was really upset when I drove from St. Catherine's to Ottawa, and was having car issues. The Ottawa dealership charged me to align and balance my tires and said that was the problem. On the 7 hour drive home I found out that definitely was not the problem. When I got to Performance Hyundai and was very mad about the issue on my brand new car they fixed everything with no charge. They were awesome. They really strive to make their customers happy. While Bank Street Hyundai still has yet to return my two calls of complaints for not realizing the entire splash guard had failed loss and was dragging, but align my tires they did not need aligning. More

Review after 2-Years We purchased a new 2014 Santa Fe February 28, 2014. Experience with Frank was first class, just like the man himself! Frank has followed up a couple of times to ensure we are happy with our vehicle and Performance overall. Dealer service has long had a bad rap for hijacking customers for more $$$$. Congratulations, this is not the Performance way. They try to keep costs down and do what they say they will. Had a service hiccup early on but this was resolved professionally and to everyone's satisfaction. I like too that they are just as happy for me to provide my own synthetic oil at much less than dealer charges. I recommended one friend who bought a new vehicle and would be happy to do so again. Being retired, we have low mileage so are unlikely to trade our vehicle. Keep up the good work. Andy More

I have tried to book oil changes many time but just seem to be passed around from phone line to another . Tried three times and ended up just hanging up after 20 minutes on the phone on hold both times. I even have a free coupon for one but ended up going down the road to get service instead . I've tried many times to get information on my brand new vehicle many times but no one seems to know the answers . THE standard response is always " I've only been here 6 months ." I seem to know more about my vehicle than the service people. I tried to buy rust proofing package but no one seems to know anything about them. Also I talk to someone in charged about my complaints but no one has called me back as requested . I sure hope nothing goes wrong with my vehicle as I don't know if i can depend on this dealership . and i have even told them that i really want to stay with them for servicing even though their more expensive. doesn't seem to make a difference. Can not even fix AC in their own vehicle! I have had a very sad situation with Performance Hyundai. I bought a 2004 Sonata from a private individual but still had 3 years warranty left on it. I have had a very sad situation with Performance Hyundai. I bought a 2004 Sonata from a private individual but still had 3 years warranty left on it. The AC would cut out sometimes within 2h on a trip or sometimes in 2 days. Sporadic. I took it in at least 3 - 4 times. They could not find the problem. I should have insisted that if they could not find the problem then they should start replacing every part that could have anything to do with the AC cutting out one by one until it was fixed under the warranty. Even tho we loved the car, the next spring after the warranty was off, it started again. We sold it because Performance Hyundai did not care to keep replacing parts until the Sonata brand they SOLD was fixed. But they did not and I did not think of telling them what to do. But should I have to? If you are interested in customer service, you do everything in your power to fix a problem while it is UNDER WARRANTY, not wait til it was off and ask me to bring it in again and pay them to fix what should have been fixed before. Sad. Turned me off Performance totally. Why would I go back? More
