I specifically want to thank Josh West, who was highly skilled and knowledgeable. I too work in customer service, and know the importance of product knowledge combined with commitment to the customer. Josh drives the same car I do now, and was able and willing to answer questions about it even after the sale- I called him with a stereo-related question the other day. They were motivated to do business with me and accomodate me, had the right car on hand, and had all the right info. They definitely gave me a fair trade-in value for my old car, and other dealership staff and salespeople were very helpful and friendly. The end of the month is a high-pressure time for a dealership, and car purchase transactions are nerve-wracking for the customer. Josh offered me a great deal, while minimizing pressure all around.
