Just finished buying my second Ram truck from Peel over 3 years. Purchased both through Russ. Great guy to negotiate with. I'm not easy to please, and mostly have no thrust in anybody in the auto sales pr years. Purchased both through Russ. Great guy to negotiate with. I'm not easy to please, and mostly have no thrust in anybody in the auto sales profession. However, Russ is the best I can remember. Through my 72 years I have purchased many new vehicles. As you get older, the deal price becomes more important. You expect the purchase to be higher than you wish, but mostly you hate to get screwed. Well, with Peel and Russ, your not left with that feeling that you could have got a better deal. I can't speak of their level of service, because I live a 2 hour drive away, and therfore service elswhere. But if you don't check out Peel, you'll probably miss the best deal. Robert More

I agreed to get a brand new 2013 dodge caravan RT fully loaded from this dealership. After some haggling back and forth, i got them to lower my monthly payment but instead of the agreed fully loaded model loaded from this dealership. After some haggling back and forth, i got them to lower my monthly payment but instead of the agreed fully loaded model, they gave me a bare bottom RT trim after signing the purchase agreement. Classic bait and switch. I have kids and they were so excited to get their first brand new car with DVD and so was I. When i picked it up, it had no DVD, no navigation and my kids were so disappointed and it took away all the excitement from our first car purchase experience. After spending $30 000 on a car, this stingy dealership was trying to maximize their profit so much instead of caring for their customers by trying to save $700.00 on a DVD, they took the joy out of a family and kids. I would have gladly paid the money if they had come clean and told me they were giving a basic RT....and the worst thing is, even when i was willing to pay extra to have it installed, they basically said No, Sorry. Fully knowing that i have kids and my decision on choosing the right vehicule is in their interest, i find this very very low and shameful. Live and learn my friends, here is the lesson to learn when you visit this dealership or any dealership for that reason. 1) Pay Absolutely NO DEPOSIT no matter how good the deal is or seems to be finalized 2) DO NOT SIGN any agreement UNTIL you physically see the car or you see the options agreed on the purchase agreement 3) DO NOT make a decision until you shop around regardless of how good the offer is Good luck More
