For my 40th birthday I decided to treat myself to a new car - a Fiat convertible. I did my research and I knew what I wanted. Their service was just terrible as they made me wait - in one case over an hour! - to speak with them and played "waiting games" when running the numbers for me. I am a very busy wife, mother and professional - if you waste my time, you're not going to get my business! I happened to call Peel and. Y experience was the exact opposite of what I had experienced at all of the other dealerships. Ed's service was prompt, courteous and to the point. His price was hands down cheaper than all of the other quotes I had received, including for a used model that was a year older! I am north of the city and everything was a breeze to organize - including delivery of the car straight to my home!
