Great staff and experience I needed a new car and that's what it looks like I'm going to get. I live over an hour away and could easily have found a new dealership but was give I needed a new car and that's what it looks like I'm going to get. Outright Lies on multiple occasions These guys are notorious on the up sell, I have been told I required new brakes, of course I said NO. Then took the car to another garage....and gues These guys are notorious on the up sell, I have been told I required new brakes, of course I said NO. Then took the car to another garage....and guess what....absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes ,pads and rotors in excelllent condition. I have had them tell me I require certain parts replaced such as Serpentine belt.....I asked them when they try to rip people off,at least they should check their records.they had replaced the belt 1 week earlier. Crooked as the day is long......very nice to deal with though. More

Service done and ready on time We had appointments for oil changes (Service # 1) on 3 vehicles. Since there are renovations going on the wait time to speak to a service advisor was We had appointments for oil changes (Service # 1) on 3 vehicles. Since there are renovations going on the wait time to speak to a service advisor was a little longer. Only one lane is opened as the service waiting room was in the garage area next to the service advisors desk. There was a coffee machine near the waiting area (free of charge). The service advisor (man) was friendly and courteous. He explained well to my daughter that the USB plug is not intended to charge a cell phone but to transmit music to the vehicle audio system. He informed us that he would do his best to have the vehicles done on time. Our 3 vehicles were washed and ready on time (even much earlier for our last one), I got a call advising it was ready earlier. We appreciated their punctuality as we had other appointments that day. A big Thank You to the service advisor (man, sorry no first name) and the woman (btb Brigit) assisted us when we dropped and picked up our vehicles. More
