We test drove at Parkway 4 times and no one ever tried to sell us anything - which we appreciated. When we were ready to buy we requested prices from 3 dealers by email. One eventually offered us a deal "he couldn't believe his manager was even offering." Parkway responded, by email, on Day 1, with a price that matched the "unbelieveable" deal the other place offered after days of haggling. We appreciated what seemed to be an honest, respectful and low pressure approach at Parkway and in the end that's what sealed the deal. More

We had a great experience at Parkway Honda from start to finish, thanks primarily to Bernie Shum. We wanted to test drive a 2012 Fit, but they are apparently so popular they are hard to keep on the lot. B finish, thanks primarily to Bernie Shum. We wanted to test drive a 2012 Fit, but they are apparently so popular they are hard to keep on the lot. Bernie made sure we that test drove the closest model available, and got to at least visit with a 2012 on that first day at Parkway. When I let him know we were seriously interested and would like to try again, he had a 2012 available for us. When we signed up, I chose a slightly more difficult colour to get, so despite his best efforts to locate one locally we had to order it in and delivery being delayed several weeks. Delays due to the CP rail strike led to delivery taking even longer, but Bernie kept us updated througout. When the car came in, I'm not sure who was more excited about it -- us or Bernie. He took loving care of both us and the car (personally shone her up twice on the pick-up day, apparently), and it was happy day for all of us when we finally drove away. At all times -- from coming in, through test driving, through walking through the piles of paperwork -- we felt like we were being treated completely fairly and with great kindness. Neither Bernie nor anyone else tried any kind of hard sell on features not relevant for a 3-year lease, which was greatly appreciated. As a final note, Bernie was very knowledgeable about all the products in his showroom, and enthusiastic to boot. I would recommend Bernie Shum and Parkway without hesitation. More

After visiting several dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised at the Parkway Honda when Andre Skrleji inspected my car, gave a clear and detailed description of what needs to be done, and presented different alternatives with good price quotes for each of the options. I was very pleased with the end result of the repair, and will definitely go back to the Parkway Honda after receiving such a friendly and professional service. More

Although our conversation was short, it was enough to give me an idea of what kind of customer service Parkway Honda has. My conversation with Paul was very casual. He is good, not because he is dealing with a customer and that he is obliged to appear nice as what his position as a manager calls for, but he is good because he doesn't have the usual characteristic most dealers have. He appeared and talked very natural and without any pretense. More power to Parkway Honda! More

My Lexus lease is coming due in a few weeks so I have done some shopping around on-line. I wanted to check out a V6 Accord Coupe or Crosstour, take it for a test drive. Went into the showroom to look around, opened doors, sat in cars, yet no one, not one person acknowledged my presence or helped me out. I was there for a good half an hour. I couldn't even find a brochure until I was on my way out. I couldn't believe the lack of service. Clearly a Honda will not be my next vehicle! They bent over backwards for me at Lexus so they will continue to get my business. More
