Fantastic New Car Purchase Experience I recently purchased a new Honda Accord from Parkway Honda and the experience was fantastic from the moment I walked into the dealership to the momen I recently purchased a new Honda Accord from Parkway Honda and the experience was fantastic from the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove out with my new vehicle. This was my first "new" car purchase and I could not have been happier with the experience. The sales rep I dealt with was Obaid Syed. He took the time to go over things with me and was very patient and responsive to all the questions I had. Even after the agreement was signed, Obaid stayed in touch with me and kept me informed of the delivery date and what I needed to do on the delivery date. When I picked up the car, Obaid took the time to walk me through features and helped me get acclimated to the vehicle. This was the second time my family has bought a vehicle from Parkway and the second time Obaid was the salesperson. Definitely recommend Obaid. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Al Ramji, who is part of the Sales Management team. Al was very courteous and informative and took time with me to go through the pertinent details. As it was my first time financing a vehicle, Al walked me through the entire process and was always willing to answer any questions I had. He was extremely forthcoming and a pleasure to deal with. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Kajan from the business office. Kajan took the time to explain the entire process to me and was very helpful in the explaining things to me. I was debating putting down a down payment and Kajan did not hesitate to walk me through the options I was considering. He took the time to learn about me and presented me with some options in terms of coverage for my car. He was not pushy at all and answered all my questions. Overall - Fantastic Car buying experience from Parkway Honda. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
