Salesman, Machanic or SuperHero? Came in the other day to get my car looked at,as it started making a funny sound towards the front pssanger tire. The weather was horrible outside, pouring rain at that. After waiting at the service department and it seemed rather busy. This young man approached me and offered his assistance. Very polite and well presented, i took him up on the offer and explained that i needed a service inspection. With the service department quite busy and Before i could begin to even explain the situation. He immediately offered to come take a look with me outside. I knew this wasnt his department. But followed him out into the rain. Explained the issue. And before i knew it. He explained he believed it was the brake pads getting low. Took me back inside, got me situated with a service department rep.and i was outta there soon after!
