Love my new Pilot I had a great experience at Parkway Honda. I never thought I could lease a car as I drive a lot (around 30k per year) but Chris gave me an option for leasing that I couldn't say no to you. The value I got for my trade in car was also more than my expectation. Diblib also was very helpful taking me through the credit application form and explaining all the extras without really pressuring me into anything. After the purchase, I couldn't wait until the delivery date and kept texting and calling Diblib and Chris to get more info on my credit approval status and the vehicle delivery status, etc. They were both very patient and responded to my calls and texts promptly. Finally, I had a pleasure of working with Yalda on the delivery and again like everyone else at Parkway Honda she patiently guided me through all the paper works answered all my questions and even spent some time explaining all the features on the vehicle even though Chris had already done that during the test drive. Chris aIso called me a day after my purchase following up to see if I had any questions and emailed me a link to some video instructions on how to use the many features of my new Pilot. I would definitely recommend Parkway Honda to everyone who is in the market looking for a new vehicle. More

He offered to take me for a spin in his personal vehicle. Patient and easy going during the sales process, but that is to be expected where ever you go. What sets Brandon apart is the after sales service. I purchased my car in the summer and through the fall and winter as question pop into my head, I know I can contact Brandon and he has replied very quickly. Amazing Experience This was by far the best Honda dealership in the GTA. I visited 3 different Honda dealerships and was disappointed at the lack of customer service the This was by far the best Honda dealership in the GTA. I visited 3 different Honda dealerships and was disappointed at the lack of customer service there was. However when I went to Parkway Honda I was helped as soon as I set foot in the doorway. I wasnt bombarded with sales associates asking if I needed help. However the lady at the front checked up on my boyfriend and I to see if we had any questions or if we needed a sales representative. Very attentive. One of the sales managers came to greet my boyfriend and I as well as to see if we were finding everything okay. We then asked to speak to a sales rep in which we were introduced to Benjamin Bustillos. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales consultant, he went out of his way to ensure we had the upmost service and I’d most definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Ben wasn’t just trying to make a sale, he ensured he met our every need. Ben provided us such great service that we will be returning in the future to purchase a truck from the same location because of the excellent service he provided. Before picking up my car I met with Alyssa Lowe, she was very attentive and had great customer service experience.
