Amazing Experience This was by far the best Honda dealership in the GTA. I visited 3 different Honda dealerships and was disappointed at the lack of customer service the This was by far the best Honda dealership in the GTA. I visited 3 different Honda dealerships and was disappointed at the lack of customer service there was. However when I went to Parkway Honda I was helped as soon as I set foot in the doorway. I wasnt bombarded with sales associates asking if I needed help. However the lady at the front checked up on my boyfriend and I to see if we had any questions or if we needed a sales representative. Very attentive. One of the sales managers came to greet my boyfriend and I as well as to see if we were finding everything okay. We then asked to speak to a sales rep in which we were introduced to Benjamin Bustillos. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales consultant, he went out of his way to ensure we had the upmost service and I’d most definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Ben wasn’t just trying to make a sale, he ensured he met our every need. Ben provided us such great service that we will be returning in the future to purchase a truck from the same location because of the excellent service he provided. Before picking up my car I met with Alyssa Lowe, she was very attentive and had great customer service experience. She helped us sign our papers before picking up our car and ensured everything was explained thoroughly. I’m now enjoying my 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback and am pleased to say my sales experience was fantastic. More
