Alexandrine (Ali) the business manager brought the full experience full circle in getting me a rate far below prime and into the car of my dreams. Terrible Dealer Pre-Owned Sales Customer Service was absolutely terrible. I met with John Ghasabani, BMW Canada Gold Sales Master to see a 2010 BMW 328xi Coupe. Absol Pre-Owned Sales Customer Service was absolutely terrible. I met with John Ghasabani, BMW Canada Gold Sales Master to see a 2010 BMW 328xi Coupe. Absolutely stunning car... we loved it. 1. My dad was curious about 2013 BMW 328xi Sedan, John advised us a 2013 328xi will be coming off lease in the near future. My dad inquired in multiple occasions for the specific timing that 2013 BMW will be coming off the lease, however John rudely ignored us every time by pretending not to hear us. Eventually my dad had to be assertive and say "HELLO!" to which Jon replied "I will let you know". His only focus was selling me the 2010 BMW 328xi Coupe. 2. At the office, John immediately prepared the Offer to Purchase form. He printed out his "non-negotiable" price and giving us absolutely no room for negotiations- regardless of paying 100% cash. We did not have the opportunity to even test drive the car, till we agreed that we will buy the car for the listed price. We felt unfair that we had to agree to the price of the car before I even had to chance to know how it drove. Finally I managed to have him delete the $399.00 (Nitrogen Fee) from the total price. 3. Following the test drive of the car, John remembered to give my Driver's License back, however he forgot to return my MasterCard. He mandated I sign and initial his Offer to Purchase form, which any sort of explanation of the line items for additional fees. I declined to sign the form and said I would like some time to consider it, and wanted to consult a BMW mechanic, to which he responded "YOU HAVE YOUR DAD HERE AND YOU LOOKED AT THE CAR, WHY DO YOU NEED YOUR FRIEND?!?!?!". He quickly snatched the Offer of Purchase forms away from us and pretty much wanted us to leave. Overall, I felt every rushed, uninformed, pressured, uncomfortable, disrespected, and left feeling all they wanted was my money. John Ghasabani had no respect and didn't acknowledge me at all. Unfortunately for John, I decided to purchase my car from Markham BMW. Yes I'm paying a bit more with Markham BMW, but I'd rather buy from a dealer that values me as a customer and has the common courtesy to treat me as a human being. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY CUSTOMER. More
