One Very Satisfied Client-compliments to Anthony & Matthew! I've been leasing my past 5 vehicles and the service I've received from Parkview on the delivery of my latest vehicle was exceptional which prompted m I've been leasing my past 5 vehicles and the service I've received from Parkview on the delivery of my latest vehicle was exceptional which prompted me to post this review. The previous sales person I dealt with at Parkview BMW had left the dealership and I was met by Anthony Young. When time came to lease my next vehicle, I knew what I was looking for and Anthony didn't waste time with the 'typical' sales rhetoric and met my expectations. Anthony even reached out to the previous sales person and retrieved some background on my and what my preferences were (i.e. manual transmission, sports packages 1 &2, etc...) Since the deal was made in the late spring but the delivery was not till now, there was a special promotion which Anthony was able to apply to further reduced my payments. This was a pleasant surprise as I'm aware of cases where the dealership was not obligated to apply any post agreement promos. I also want to acknowledge the business manager Matthew Grand. A colleague of mine intended to purchase my vehicle but changed his mind in the last minute which essentially wasted Matthew's time, effort and tested his patience. In addition, Matthew took the initiative and aided in waiving the costs on some minor curb rash on the returned vehicle. This was a very positive experience from both Sales and Business. More
