Ken advised that he will be in till close and for me to feel free to come in. Being so welcoming I felt really comfortable and welcomed to come by Parkview. I was there within an hour just to inquire about buying my first car, I wanted a 3 series bmw. I came in with my father and Ken greeted us at the door and without introducing myself he knew who I was. Throughout the whole process Ken showed us a few cars and he highlighted one that had just came in with low kms and we were excited to see it. Ken was prompt , professional and a fun sales man. He educated us on tips for having a BMW as a first car and provided us with options to make our purchase decision easy. The 3 series was pre owned and in good condition, the rims had some damage but Ken advise that they will bring it back to life, which they did. We were then introduced one of the business managers Matthew who gave us some options for warrantees, Mathew was also great throughout the sales process and also at delivery, he was able to answer all our questions about the coverage's and the extended warrantees. The customer service provided was top notch and I have recommended Ken to a few of my friends and family! We ended up buying the car right then and there. More
