What I'm happy to say is that this is exactly the opposite of what my experience was like at Parkview BMW. I loved every bit of the journey of factory ordering my M4, especially since I had the experience of Roberto who is hands down the best sales associate I've ever worked with. Even during the wait time, Roberto kept giving me updates on where the car was at. The dealership in general was very welcoming and did their utmost best to make this deal happen which unfortunately cannot be said about other places during my hunt for this car. Due to the transparency that the management had in me, we were able to workout a deal in no time and avoided the complications of sending offers back and forth. I'll gladly recommend Parkview to any person out there shopping for a BMW. More
