one of the best services I have received in 2018 Heads up: This won't be a short review! I've been planing to buy a new SUV for the last few month. I've done tons of research ( this is what I do before buying a product costing more than 5K). So I went to BMWToronto - where I had the dodgiest service you can imagine ( worst than Walmart). Curious to know more - then check out my review on Google and look for Tuncher Ferad's review. Long story short, I did not give up on my brand (BMW) and wanted to check if the other location is any better ( slightly far away from me). Now, here is where the fun part begins. I've been warmly welcomed with coffee and snacks. I told the receptionist that I am looking to buy a car but I would prefer to be served by a salesman who not only knows how to sell but knows the differences ( pros and cons) on each SUV. Then I've been assigned to Bilal! This guy was not only competent about all BMW products but also did his best to understand my needs and budget CAP. Every suggestion made was based on my preferences - not like the guy from BMWToronto - 200% sales focus. With Bilal, I have tested x3 and talk about X1, X2, X3 and X5..... In the end I have decided to go with X2 despite the fact that having extra room in the car was my main objective. Bilal not only helped me to find my dream car but also went above and beyond to satisfy me as a regular customer! Smooth process, excellent professionalism - exactly what you would expect from a premium brand like BMW! His offer was far better than what I have been offered from other dealership. Without hesitation, I will recommend this place and Bilal to any buyer who's looking to get the best car that comes with the best customer service in town. Period!
