I literally took close 6 quotes to find which options work out the best and Adam is a gem of person to entertain these requests and understand the excitement of a first time premium BMW purchaser. So if you are looking for a new car from this dealer you know whom to approach! Similarly, Adam's boss Steve and then our Business Manager Jason were very helpful and pleasant, The car delivery expert Colin was fun to work with on understanding the technical features and he actually got a small doll for our little one when explaining these features - things like these make all the difference in the customer experience.
