Great buying experience - Jeff is responsive and attentive I bought 328i xdrive wagon from Jeff. Not my first BMW and not the first from Parkview BMW. Sales experience was excellent. I found the car online and contacted Jeff with some questions: - His response was fast and he delivered all the information I asked for (service history, car proof, etc) - He always used my preferred method of communication - He was very accommodating to my schedule - There were no pushy tactics, Jeff is very relaxed and calm and he let me take all the time I needed to check the car - No arguing over things I pointed out and we quickly agreed on what it would take to close the sale. I must mention Alexandrine, Lambri and Raul who worked with Jeff on business and delivery side of things. Excellent experience as well. Alexandrine was phenomenal as well. She was very clear on setting expectations from the get go (what I need to do (proof of insurance, method of payment, etc) and what Parkview will do (prep and delivery timelines, registration, etc). As a result - experience was as painless and frustration free as it could be. Honorable mention - Bobby Milonakis who took care of my previous purchase at Parkview, him and Jeff should franchise something like "Proper BMW Sales Experience" and train other employees. More
