I had driven from B.C. with my 2009 Jeep Compass and was looking to trade it in to purchase a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Merv assisted me by answering all of my questions and finding the perfect Trailhawk available. He quickly prepared and had me test driving the Jeep in a few minutes. He was very approachable, easy to talk to and displayed a genuine attitude towards me. Now, most salesmen that I come across seem well "rehearsed" and seem to lack the "genuine" approach. I must say, when I was in the dealership, I felt like I was in a place with genuine people and not a bunch of sharks just looking to take my money! I know that in the end, it's about making the sale, but if I didn't purchase then, I would have come back to that dealership in a second. Merv led me to "Frankie"(Decio), the finance guy! Frankie is extremely knowledgeable in finance and was so darn good to me, I could have hugged the guy before I left! He explained everything to me in extreme detail and went well above and beyond to ensure that I was approved, protected, comfortable with my purchase and payment plan and ready to drive soonest. I just moved from B.C. and this dealership took care of everything, other than transfering my license and choosing my insurer. It was that easy! At no time did I feel confused, pressured or worried in anyway. Frankie and Merv took good care of me in every respect. In the last 10 years, I have bought and paid for 3 Jeeps, from Jeep dealerships in B.C.. I knew what I was getting well before I arrived and I knew every detail about it. The difference is, when I purchased my 4th Jeep (Trailhawk) no other Jeep dealership has ever come close to the genuine service that was provided to me that week. What seperates them from the rest? Answer, they were professional, knowledgeable, personable and displayed a genuine interest in ME and not just my money! I am experienced with purchasing "new" Jeeps and my number one rule is "my relationship with the dealership". I know by buying new, that I just made a long term commitment/relationship with this dealer, for ongoing service, parts, inquires and support. I chose right! Great job everyone at the dealership!
