Wanted a diesel I was looking for a diesel 1500 and I was happy to find a few at Ottawa Dodge. I love my new Jeep! Jessy was a great sales person, knowledgeable and friendly without putting any pressure on me. purchasing used caravan I purchased a used (3 years old) Caravan from Ottawa Dodge. The price was good and they offered a fair trade-in value for my old vehicle. Lubna was I purchased a used (3 years old) Caravan from Ottawa Dodge. The price was good and they offered a fair trade-in value for my old vehicle. Lubna was both friendly and professional. Negative comments are that although the exterior and carpets were very clean, there was a film of dirt on the interior panels and ceiling that I had to clean. Furthermore, I later discovered a small dent that I originally did not see, and it would have been nice if that was disclosed upfront, as I'll now have to attend to it to prevent future rust. Regardless, I will still use Ottawa Dodge for future repairs and will consider them again when purchasing another vehicle. More
