oil change and windshield repair While scheduling an appointment, i spoke with Raj to confirm the approximate time needed for an oil change and repair a rock chip in my windshield. 4 While scheduling an appointment, i spoke with Raj to confirm the approximate time needed for an oil change and repair a rock chip in my windshield. 40 mins each for an estimated 1 hour and 20 mins appointment. Raj was great with communicating an answer to all my questions. The Appointment was scheduled for 10am. By noon the car was still not ready. The tech for the windshield just started looking at the chip. The service rep assured me in "a few minutes and i would be on my way" by 12:45 the services were done but i still had to wait for the paperwork. I was finally asked to pay at 1:05. No apologizes for the wait. No communication as to why it took so long. The keys were left in my vehicle (parked near the waiting room) unattented for unknown amount of time The services done seem to be done with care but the customer service aspect was poor. i have bought many vehicles from ottawa dodge but this has prompted me to doubt their service department. My wife had a similar situation with an oil change (taking approximately 1 hour and half) on her van the day prior to this appointment. More

Mike greeted us with a great smile and assured us right away that we would be receiving the best deal. He achieved this by being very attentive to our needs and terms of purchase. Finally Mike worked very hard in negotiating with his managers and we found up leaving Ottawa Dodge a few days later in our new vehicle! Thank you Mike!! More

Great experience I was searching all over Ottawa for a small Fiat, so my husband and I decided to visit the Ottawa Dodge Fiat dealership in Orleans just to see what th I was searching all over Ottawa for a small Fiat, so my husband and I decided to visit the Ottawa Dodge Fiat dealership in Orleans just to see what they had and don't regret. We met Mike Tshilombo at Ottawa Dodge, a very nice and welcoming sales rep who helped us get the the right Fiat for me- a Yellow Fiat 2015. Mike showed us the Fiat 500 Sport cars they had in stock, answered all our questions effectively, so we put an offer on a beautiful Fiat Sport and together we worked out the deal. It was a pleasure doing business with Mike Tshilombo. More

upgraded our Jeep did not intend to purchase that day, but Hey....Merv came up with a great deal respecting our budget. Wanted a diesel I was looking for a diesel 1500 and I was happy to find a few at Ottawa Dodge. Merv was the sales guy, took me on a test drive was able to answer most I was looking for a diesel 1500 and I was happy to find a few at Ottawa Dodge.
