Black Bear Experience As this was my second Jeep purchase at Ottawa Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat I had no plans to shop anywhere else. They, along with other on-line sales contacts, promoted what they had in their inventory but only Blake took the time and effort required to search all available stock to find the "needle in the haystack"! THAT WE DIDN'T NEED BECAUSE THE VEHICLE HAD ALREADY BEEN RUST PROOFED A FACT THAT HE OMMITTED TO TELL US. oil change and windshield repair While scheduling an appointment, i spoke with Raj to confirm the approximate time needed for an oil change and repair a rock chip in my windshield. 4 While scheduling an appointment, i spoke with Raj to confirm the approximate time needed for an oil change and repair a rock chip in my windshield. 40 mins each for an estimated 1 hour and 20 mins appointment. Raj was great with communicating an answer to all my questions. The Appointment was scheduled for 10am. By noon the car was still not ready. The tech for the windshield just started looking at the chip. The service rep assured me in "a few minutes and i would be on my way" by 12:45 the services were done but i still had to wait for the paperwork. I was finally asked to pay at 1:05. No apologizes for the wait. No communication as to why it took so long. The keys were left in my vehicle (parked near the waiting room) unattented for unknown amount of time The services done seem to be done with care but the customer service aspect was poor. i have bought many vehicles from ottawa dodge but this has prompted me to doubt their service department. My wife had a similar situation with an oil change (taking approximately 1 hour and half) on her van the day prior to this appointment. More
