Everyone from sales to financing even parts (where we got a great ram hat) was a pleasure to deal with. They where very personable and informative, they new all the answers to our questions. They helped us to find the right truck and had the best prices around. Over all the whole experience of purchasing a specialty item like a truck was ended up being easy not stressful. Helped make a dream come true I recently purchased a new Dodge Caravan at this dealership, and worked with Allen, Decio and Joe. It was a stressful process for me, as I am difficu I recently purchased a new Dodge Caravan at this dealership, and worked with Allen, Decio and Joe. It was a stressful process for me, as I am difficult to finance, but Joe in finance pulled it together for me and everyone tolerated my questions and stress with good humour. Although a very busy dealership and a bit of waiting for appointments, once it was my turn, I was given their full attention. They provided courteous shuttle service on two occasions and installed a bike rack which I suspect was over and above the usual. I'm loving my new van and am having it converted into a camper van for a cross country adventure this summer, in celebration of Canada's 150th birthday. I look forward to enjoying this vehicle for years and years to come and will have it serviced at this dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. More

Extremely poor buying experience Buying a car is stressful. I get that- but this experience was so poor that I will never consider buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I had Buying a car is stressful. I get that- but this experience was so poor that I will never consider buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I had a fiat -which I loved - that was serviced at this dealership. Nothing major to complain of here. They did try and do the best job , and made it right is they goofed on service items, so I thought when my car was in a wreck and written off , I would buy my replacement from them. The problems started from day one when I was passed to no less than 3 different sales people to try and locate a vehicle for me. They did locate one that was pretty close to what I was looking for and we came in and did all the paperwork and loan docs. 2 days later we got a call to say that the car had not been secured and that it was sold to someone else. Not happy! Then we searched again and could not find anything close to what I wanted, so I decided to order. This was followed bay a change in management with a high pressure manager who held up the order to try and get me to switch to another car on the lot. I declined and had to come in and resubmit the order. Then while I was out of town I received several high pressure calls to finalize docs -again- so that they could book the vehicle into that month's sales. I complied just to get it done. Then delivery day. The paperwork was still not accurate in terms of the deal and included parts/warranty. After several hours -again- at the dealership it was mostly sorted out but I was still missing documentation on the warranty. 2 weeks later I called to see where the paperwork was and was told that now there was a new finance guy and another new manager and general manager- which necessitated my going through everything again.
