At so many other places, they forget your name and don;t call you back after you walk away, but it has been nothing but positive experiences with Ottawa Dodge. I moved to the west end of the city 3 years ago and used another dealer for a repair and will never do it again. I drove across the city to Ottawa Dodge and got the service I wanted with a smile. As my Jeep was getting older, it was time to trade it in, so we decided to get a gently used vehicle this time and the experience again was fantastic! Dilshan was hilarious and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our purchase. The car was ready even earlier as per our request and it was a smooth and easy transition. Thanks Dilshan!!
