Herby, my sales man and I sat down and looked over some options. We then went outside to check out some potential cars. And then I saw it! It was love at first sight. A beautiful dodge dart, 2013, manuel turbo all the bells and whistles you could ask for was starting right at me! We go for a ride and deep down I knew it was already my car!!! As we got back to get everything in order, Herby and his manager made sure I got the best deal possible in my situation. I then went to their financial advisor O'Day who was also amazing. He made sure everything was in order and that I got the best extended warranty to ensure my baby would covered for as long as possible! All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone, including the mechanics, went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied even when I just showed up! I have already recommended this dealership to many friends, and if any of them buy a vehicle thanks to my referral I will get 100$ I'd like to thank everyone who was involved in making a dream of mine a reality in the stand of a week! Did not feel pressured to buy No issues whatsoever, was a pleasant experience. Buying a car can be very unpleasant at many dealerships, did not feel that here. Mike listened to what I wanted, despite my numerous demands! Once we agreed on a deal, I met with Joe the finance guy, and again, no pressure from him. I've been to many dealerships where it's high-pressure from sales and finance, and I've never purchased from any of them. So please don't change your approach and I'll be back when the time comes for another vehicle. Also dealt with Mike and Decio and again, pleasant and not high-pressure. And I must also mention the 2 receptionists I dealt with, both were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the bilingual service! More
