It was a stressful process for me, as I am difficult to finance, but Joe in finance pulled it together for me and everyone tolerated my questions and stress with good humour. Although a very busy dealership and a bit of waiting for appointments, once it was my turn, I was given their full attention. They provided courteous shuttle service on two occasions and installed a bike rack which I suspect was over and above the usual. I'm loving my new van and am having it converted into a camper van for a cross country adventure this summer, in celebration of Canada's 150th birthday. I look forward to enjoying this vehicle for years and years to come and will have it serviced at this dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. More

Overall best experience anyone could ask for! Herby, my sales man and I sat down and looked over some options. We then went outside to check out some potential cars. And then I saw it! It was love at first sight. A beautiful dodge dart, 2013, manuel turbo all the bells and whistles you could ask for was starting right at me! We go for a ride and deep down I knew it was already my car!!! As we got back to get everything in order, Herby and his manager made sure I got the best deal possible in my situation. I then went to their financial advisor O'Day who was also amazing. He made sure everything was in order and that I got the best extended warranty to ensure my baby would covered for as long as possible! All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone, including the mechanics, went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied even when I just showed up!
