Waj, our sales consultant, was straightforward, pleasant, and efficient. We would definitely recommend doing business with him. He was knowledgable and patient, and he sent clear, timely, helpful follow-up emails in response to our questions. We trust him: the negotiation process was very quick and straightforward (which was NOT our experience at the first dealership we visited), and he was candid about which upgrades or options he thought would be useful, given our budget and lifestyle, and which were not. Waj arranged to have our new winter tires installed at the dealership, and had the other tires cleaned, bagged, and loaded into our trunk before we arrived to pick up the car. We also wanted to purchase all-weather floor mats, but none were in stock. So, Waj had the floor of the vehicle temporarily lined, then had the mats delivered to our home (an hour away from the dealership!) as soon as they were available. He had them delivered in the evening, when we were home from work, within a half-hour window, so we did not have to wait around all day to receive them. He really went above and beyond. Rudy, who dealt with our financing, was also very efficient, friendly, and helpful, and also followed up promptly by email to keep us in the loop about our application. We would definitely recommend the team at Orangeville Nissan! More

Before making the quick trip to Orangeville, I felt like I was being hustled in some of the other dealerships, because my knowledge of cars is not that strong. This could also be due to internal sales pressure, because they just wanted to sell and never listened to what I was saying. I went online and read good things about the Nissan Orangeville dealership and was told by a friend who had recently made a purchase from there that the staff would be friendly, plus they had the Rogue I wanted. Wow! The staff here is wonderful. The salesperson who helped us was very patient and extremely knowledgable. He spent much more time than any other dealership and gave us the education we needed to feel comfortable in making an informed decision. It was worth the drive from Toronto. More
