Worst service ever I had a phone conversation with your Sales Rep (Waj Hussain) minutes ago. He is the rudest and unprofessional salesperson I have ever seen. Being a bu I had a phone conversation with your Sales Rep (Waj Hussain) minutes ago. He is the rudest and unprofessional salesperson I have ever seen. Being a business owner and outside sales person, I know how to talk to customers and also get the information I need and help the customers with their decision. Below are the topics which show his unprofessional behavior. 1) Him calling me a liar or saying that he does not trust me about the quote I obtained from other competitors. This is the worst thing to tell a customer. If he wanted me to send the quote I got from others, he had to politely ask and I would have forwarded the emails I received. 2) Emailing me at 9 AM and telling the offer he quoted is valid until 10AM is the worst way of securing business. Usually, the offers are valid at least until the end of the day. Have some respect to the customer and their time. 3) Lied to me about the truck with towing and rearview camera features for the price quoted, as I am aware that S trim does not come equipped with those features. So, he himself was lying, but since, I said one thing wrong in the competitor's specs, he calls me a liar and untrustworthy. What kind of sales peoples do you employ at your facility? I have owned 97 Sentra XLE, 01 Sentra XLE, and 03 Xterra. I liked the Nissan brand and its quality. I never thought I will be treated like this by Nissan dealer. Even if I purchase Titan, it will never be from your dealership and also I will tell people I know to stay away from your dealership. Manohar More

Customer Support Above and Beyond the Call! Orangeville Nissan dealership owner and customer service manager generously allowed us secure parking for a few days. My elderly Uncle, a Nissan owner from Northern Ontario, was facing eye surgery in Toronto. We made arrangements with the management of Orangeville Nissan for short term parking so that he would not be faced with driving in downtown Toronto. I drove from Port Credit to meet them. I made an appointment for 8am and was told it would certainly be ready at 11am. At 11;15 I inquired at the desk and was told the car would be about another hour! I had scheduled an important meeting for 12:30pm so I told the service person that I had to reschedule my meeting and wanted a more certain time when my car would be ready. He went into the back again and came out stating that the car would be ready in TWO more hours. Rear axle leak = 5 hour repair job? I had heard negative things about the services department, now I know own they are accurate. More
