First Purchase of a New Car A week ago, I picked up my brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Ontario Hyundai and am nothing but pleased of the service that I received. I had a bad A week ago, I picked up my brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Ontario Hyundai and am nothing but pleased of the service that I received. I had a bad experience with the first car that I purchased which was used, which had left a bad taste in my mouth about dealerships and the experience that I was about to become a part of. I came into the dealership, wanting to take a look at some of the new vehicles, in hopes of being able to afford it. I am a twenty-two year old student, who works part time and volunteers as well, so I do not have a large income coming in. At the dealership, I was approached by Stephanie, who from the beginning, I knew was going to be a perfect match for me in the car buying process. Being a woman and walking into a dealership with a blank slate, just wanting to look, I was worried that I would be overlooked and spoken to like I wouldn't understand anything. I was overjoyed by the service that Stephanie provided, she was so excited and helpful about the car buying process for me. She did everything she could to make sure that the payments were something that I could afford, in order to get me into the car that i loved. I am more than satisfied with Stephanie's service and am so thankful for her help. I don't think I would've enjoyed the process as much as I did, if it wasn't for Stephanie. More

First New Car Purchased I just bought my first brand new car from Ontario Hyundai. It is a 2016 Hyundai Veloster and I dealt with Stephanie Cockburn. She was amazing to deal I just bought my first brand new car from Ontario Hyundai. It is a 2016 Hyundai Veloster and I dealt with Stephanie Cockburn. She was amazing to deal with, we started over the phone, filtered what I was looking for and she had all of the answers before I even came into the dealership. She went out of her way to find me exactly what I wanted, and even made it happen within a couple of days since the car had to be brought in from another dealership. I was extremely happy with the turn around to get me into the car I wanted and the entire process, from start to finish everything went very smooth. I will definitely be recommending Stephanie and Ontario Hyundai to other people. Also, while setting up the paper work for the financing I dealt with Don Grundy. He was a huge help and was very straight forward with any options. He puts everything on the table and makes sure the decision is completely up to you. More

Asked me when I would like to come in and find the car, test drive the car and finally pick up the car - and then made sure he was there - even though it wasn't his scheduled day in.
