Time for a Change! My vehicle was 13 years old and it was time for a change. Researched SUV's online and then started making the rounds at dealerships to check them out. Decided a used vehicle was the right fit for me and Phil went through all the details with me. I plan on servicing my SUV at Ontario Hyundai and I'm certain that we will have a long relationship if all that I have experienced so far continues. First Purchase of a New Car A week ago, I picked up my brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Ontario Hyundai and am nothing but pleased of the service that I received. I had a bad experience with the first car that I purchased which was used, which had left a bad taste in my mouth about dealerships and the experience that I was about to become a part of. I came into the dealership, wanting to take a look at some of the new vehicles, in hopes of being able to afford it. I am a twenty-two year old student, who works part time and volunteers as well, so I do not have a large income coming in. At the dealership, I was approached by Stephanie, who from the beginning, I knew was going to be a perfect match for me in the car buying process. Being a woman and walking into a dealership with a blank slate, just wanting to look, I was worried that I would be overlooked and spoken to like I wouldn't understand anything. I was overjoyed by the service that Stephanie provided, she was so excited and helpful about the car buying process for me. She did everything she could to make sure that the payments were something that I could afford, in order to get me into the car that i loved. I am more than satisfied with Stephanie's service and am so thankful for her help. I don't think I would've enjoyed the process as much as I did, if it wasn't for Stephanie. More

First New Car Purchased I just bought my first brand new car from Ontario Hyundai. It is a 2016 Hyundai Veloster and I dealt with Stephanie Cockburn. She was amazing to deal I just bought my first brand new car from Ontario Hyundai. It is a 2016 Hyundai Veloster and I dealt with Stephanie Cockburn. She was amazing to deal with, we started over the phone, filtered what I was looking for and she had all of the answers before I even came into the dealership. She went out of her way to find me exactly what I wanted, and even made it happen within a couple of days since the car had to be brought in from another dealership. I was extremely happy with the turn around to get me into the car I wanted and the entire process, from start to finish everything went very smooth. I will definitely be recommending Stephanie and Ontario Hyundai to other people. Also, while setting up the paper work for the financing I dealt with Don Grundy. He was a huge help and was very straight forward with any options. He puts everything on the table and makes sure the decision is completely up to you. More

Whitby Hyundai is an entirely new experience and Frank D left an impression on me which would have won my brand loyalty alone- that is if the vehicle didn't win it first. I will keep my praise short - Frank D is a an easy going person with a heavy focus on details. He knows his vehicles but whats more - he knows the vehicle is what is going to win your heart, not how much you talk at someone. His entire approach is personable, friendly and is someone you just want to touch base with after the sale to see how life is. Frank D. exceled at exceeding my expectations and for that, it sealed the deal on me purchasing my Tuscon. I highly recommend the dealership to anyone in the market. Cheers, LH More
