Enough with this dealership My vehicle is barely 2 years old and under warranty. I recently went to the dealership with a minor non mechanical problem that had nothing to do with My vehicle is barely 2 years old and under warranty. I recently went to the dealership with a minor non mechanical problem that had nothing to do with me but the vehicle. I showed up and was informed that warranty won't cover the issue and I was quoted 350.00 dollars! A few days later went to my home dealership where I purchased the vehicle from for second opinion. They immediately said it's covered by warranty and they ordered the part and I paid 0.00! So what's going on at the Whitby dealership? I won't go back there ever again and I suggest before you pay for any service seek a second opinion! What an embarrassment they say not covered by warranty another dealership says No Problem, More

There is a lot (more than the usual) of upselling every single time we bring our car in for the oil change and we end up spending more than we would have if we'd not had the oil change package! The guy at the desk in service makes it like the 'extra' work is necessary - despite the fact that the car is new!. I am very disappointed as I have owned several different cars (new or used) in my life and I find this service center very unpleasant. I have the impression that they are there for the dealership and not my interests or needs at all. More

She was friendly and informative and by far the best sales person whom served us at all the dealerships we visited this week. This is my third Hyundai vehicle and I now own a Sante Fe, a Tucson and a new Elantra GL. I find there are no better value cars when comparing to other brands on features. Prior to shopping for the Elantra GL, we test drove a Kia Forte and a Mazda M3 and we test drove the Elantra GL last. It drove as nice as the Mazda M3 and for the value based on features, the Elantra GL was the better of the choices no doubt. Also, the finance option is superior at Hyundai with affordability for any student. The only disappointment we had was we did not receive winter matts which we thought would be included without paying extra, and which my wife hoped we would receive. More
