Excellent service from the get-go. Being from out of town (two and a half hours north of Whitby), my wife and I while driving by the dealership thought we might 'check it out'. Shahbaz greeted us and was extremely helpful with our spontaneous choice to look at cars, we had no previous experience with Hyundai.. Surprisingly, we felt no pressure. We were left to digest the information and free to ask any questions. We appreciated his warmth and friendliness and because of his patience and willingness to be informative, we were able to make our decision to purchase the car which we were eventually interested in. Going through the steps to finance etc. were pleasant and found the others involved in helping us just as friendly and helpful as Shahbaz. Great experience all round and would have no problems in recommending this dealership to family, friends or others. More
Another terrible 'Free' oil change experience. I thought I was getting such a good deal with 'free' oil changes for 5 years when I purchased my 2013 Elantra...what a disappointment! Every time I go I thought I was getting such a good deal with 'free' oil changes for 5 years when I purchased my 2013 Elantra...what a disappointment! Every time I go in (which I let slide to every 6 months because I don't want to have to deal with them!) They try and bully me into services that are not neccessary. It has gotten to the point where I make hubby go because they don't seem to pressure him in the same way! I swear they take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge and threaten about warranty voids that we have found to be untrue. On top of all that it takes a minimum 45 minutes (have waited up to 1.5hrs) for a simple oil change with a booked appointment. Horrible service, would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Which is a shame because when I purchased with Phil had a great experience. More

Bad customer service and Time Management Many issue with Hyundai superstore but right now am waiting 4+ hours for a simple tire change. They just do not respect customers time. Once I new everything I needed to know about additional dealer/government charges and signed the paper work, Frank set in motion a search for my New Black Accent GLS with a manual transmission and by the end of the week I walked away with the keys. Thanks Frank, will recommend you to anyone I know who is looking for a new Hyundai ! More

Not impressed No complaints about the sales experience. The Service department is another story. First oil change at 3 months, only had 3000 km on vehicle, Service No complaints about the sales experience. The Service department is another story. First oil change at 3 months, only had 3000 km on vehicle, Service rep tried to sell me Tire rotation. At only 3000 km? Yeah, I was told, even of you have zero km, you should rotate them. I must look like I just fell off the turnip truck. Next oil change, at 6 months, he tells me I'm due for the ANNUAL maintenance. Huh? I'v only had it six months. Oh, we go by the date of manufacture, not the sales date. Acer Computers tried the same excuse to weasel out of their warranty. Didn't work then, not going to work now. Happy with the vehicle, I only had one issue come up, a rattle from the rear. Couldn't locate the source, (I can't get under the vehicle) and dealer diagnosed it as bushing on rear sway bar. Perts were ordered and I went in for the repair. When done, I drove off, and didn't get two feet before I heard the usual rattle, rattle, rattle. I'm elderly and hard of hearing, and if I could hear it, whoever drove my vehicle from the service bay to the parking area had to have heard it. Yet I was sent on my way as if it had been repaired. I traded in an old vehicle which didn't have a single rattle, and here I am driving a new Hyundai that rattles. So, I went to a shop that deals in suspension work, and are known to be reliable. Didn't take them long to find the culprit. Not suspension related, but a loose plastic plate near a rear wheel. They didn't fix it, since they don't do bodywork, and suggested I take it back to the dealer. Given the incompetence I encountered, I'll wait until the weather warms and see if I can deal with it myself. Not impressed. More
