Not a nice experience Took in my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country for a shattered sunroof glass which just happened while driving on an open road with no vehicles around. Anna Took in my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country for a shattered sunroof glass which just happened while driving on an open road with no vehicles around. Anna at Service was very helpful. When I went to pick up the vehicle, glass pieces were still inside and sunroof was not opening. After almost 2 hours, I was told that all was cleaned and it is good to go. On my way home, more glass pieces came out of hiding and sunroof started to get jammed. Another visit to Anna and I was told the whole ceiling need to be dropped. Somebody, for sure, had no idea how to do the job or was just taking short cuts to finish off the job. As I was going through my Insurance, so Dealer gave me a courtesy rental for one day and told rest of the rental days will be covered by my insurance, which were declined when I went for a claim. Not to mention time spent for all the formalities to submit a claim to Insurance. Couple of hundred extra dollars from my pocket for the rental and all the time for multiple visits adds to the inconvenience. After all the frustration and inconvenience, don't even want to go and talk about the extra expenses. Not a good experience.................... More
