Gord was great to work with. He was open and honest, and straight foward (all that you would want in a car salesman). Even after the deal was complete Gord followed through on ensuring we would recieve our straight foward (all that you would want in a car salesman). A super big Thank You to all the staff who helped us to purchase our new 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew. Rabih, Micheal and Joe (sorry if I forgot anyone) made us feel like family. Their fun, stress free an purchase our new 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew. Rabih, Micheal and Joe (sorry if I forgot anyone) made us feel like family. Their fun, stress free and knowledgeable approach to selling made it a joy to shop there. We will definitely be returning to this location for all of our maintenance and car care needs. I had done my homework before we finally decided what vehicle and (to me) more importantly WHERE. I didn't want to be messed around by a dealer just wanting to make a sale, so I phoned to speak to them (and yes I phoned other dealerships). The friendly and funny yet no BS approach was exactly what brought me to Ontario Chrysler. After the purchase was complete, (taxes, warranty ect...) the price was STILL under MSRP!!
