I have had my Sprinters serviced here for a few years now. 2 months ago, I brought my Sprinter in for an oil change, Simon spotted some serious problems with tensioner and cooling fan. He litterally save now. 2 months ago, I brought my Sprinter in for an oil change, Simon spotted some serious problems with tensioner and cooling fan. He litterally saved my vehicle. He is the most competent diesel mechanic I have ever encountered. Last week, I had the misfortune of having the vehicle towed in again due to the seizure of the water pump, which shreded the engine belt. Simon, as well as Anthony, not only fixed the problem, but also corrected some bad job done to the vehicle by someone else before. Now the van drives significantly better than before. These two gentlemen also did their best to minimize my costs to the repairs. (I could tell that Simon also felt sorry for me for my misfortune with the truck). He is a mechanic with a heart. Yes. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to anyone I know. More

Upon entering the dealership, Matthew was the first to approach me. As a salesman, he wasn't too pushy or abrasive, and gave me time to myself to wander the dealership.
