Once the sale was agreed upon he worked very hard to make sure the vehicle was ready (same day!) and when I came in to pick up everything was organized and ready for me. He answered all my questions and took time to make sure everything was in order. Joe Frieri also went over the details with me and was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I came in just to look around and not looking to purchase but as soon as we walked in I was warmly greeted by the receptionist.
