All the while Gord took the time to review my options with me (did I mention this transaction took almost a year) and didn't push me into a deal. He allowed me to control the pace and tone of the transaction all the while accommodating my many questions trying to make an informed purchase. Having purchased a few cars now of different makes from different dealers this was easily the best car purchase process I have experienced.
