I went in to help my mom look for a new SUV, and Mike was so helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for her. In fact, he was so helpful and accommodating, that I also ended up purchasing a new truck that I had hoped to buy one day in the future. I'm very happy that we walked in there and my mom and I are both so happy with our new purchases! I will continue purchasing vehicles from Mike in the future. Went above and beyond.. Kyle was excellent in the face of pressure. When I want something, it's hard for me to wait. I wanted a 2017 Ram 1500 4x4 Crew Cab in Black Appearan Kyle was excellent in the face of pressure. When I want something, it's hard for me to wait. I wanted a 2017 Ram 1500 4x4 Crew Cab in Black Appearance and Ontario Chrysler had just sold the last one they had in stock that morning. Kyle put the calls out and found the exact one I wanted and worked it out so Ontario Chrsyler could have it for me the next day and at the same price (even though Ontario Chrysler has the best prices already). It surely would have cost me more to go find it (wherever it was) and buy it from that dealership. The whole process was pretty easy and even tho I always had "just one more question", Kyle handled it like a pro and was a pleasure to deal with. More
