He listened to exactly what I was looking for and presented me with multiple options. This was my first time in 15 years car shopping and am the first to admit I know almost nothing about vehicles. He answered all of my many questions, was never pushy and actually made the experience quite enjoyable. Not for a moment did I feel pressured or that he was trying to just make a sale. He got me exactly what I wanted and I am 100% happy with my experience. Dave and Kris were also part of my experience and they were as equally pleasant and helpful. Since this was our first time buying from a dealership we never once felt stressed. We were in a bit of a rush to get the vehicle in our possession so they couldn't do a full detail of the SUV, but promised we could take it in to get it done whenever we are in town. To this day Eric still asks me “hows the journey!” As If that isn’t sweet enough, we recently found our selves in a pickle. We had a vehicle that no longer served purpose to our lifestyle, a car loan in title of an ex-spouse and a recent debt situation that left my husbands credit shot. My husband was positive that we were not coming out of this on the right side, but we were not let down! With the exceptional help of Eric Rampone, Kris Andres and Klayton Scott what seemed impossible was made possiable. And most importantly, affordable. If you like being treated like more than a dollar sign I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. I recommend these three as your guiding light! Not to mention that everyone in there, from Mya the sweet receptionist, to Gary the service manager are nothing but kind and always have a moment for a chat, and a smile! You’ve got guys like Dave (another sales manager) sharing stories about his kids and life in general even thou you’re not even his client, yet still knowing your name ! As far as our guys were concerned they did everything they could to have us leave with a smile on our faces and a load of worry off our minds. Aside from the one funny Joke Eric and Chris tried to play on me (The old Cherokee joke) This experience was by far the best we could ask for. Honesty and integrity played a huge factor in what wasn’t an easy situation, we managed to come out with a BEAUTIFUL vehicle a dramatically smaller loan than we imagined and thanks to Kris an interest rate we could only have dreamed of given the history. Getting recalls done Was able to get in quickly and get all of the (3) recalls taken care of on my 2012 ram at once. Gary let me know right up front that they would need the truck the whole day and he gave me his cell number to contact him if I needed anything. Driver took me and the kids back to the house promptly. Gary called before the end of the day and it was all done and ready to go. They checked a few other things while at it and let me know what maintenance may be needed in the future and e-mailed me a report about it. No pressure sales, no "impending doom" stories, just things to think about. Couldn't make it back until Saturday to pick it up, nice to know that I could do that and not have to wait until after the long weekend. I left with a better truck then when I arrived and a bill of $0. Perfect. More
