It was not easy to find, but Colin Frantze and the team found our perfect truck in Alberta and brought it in for us. The whole experience of the purchase, from offer to negotiation (thank you to Dave Loewen) to financing (thank you to Jordon Sheppard) to licensing to follow up service was superlative. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is about the tenth vehicle we have purchased in our lives (third brand new) and it was the best experience we have ever had. The homework we had done with our pricing and costs was respected and while not fully "haggle free" was close to it. We had come to Okanagan Chrysler, and Colin Frantze, via the "haggle free" website. We were pleased with the agreed upon price and felt that the amount we were allowed on our trade was fair. One potential negative that in our minds became a positive involved the effort to get a proper "bug deflector" on the leading edge of our truck. It took three visits, but Liam Radford in parts got it right and we are pleased. I believe it speaks well of a company when a mistake or mistakes are made that they are followed up and dealt with to the customers satisfaction. On each visit our service advisor, Wade Graham, was clear and efficient in processing our vehicle. Kelsey in servicing was great to work with and made shuttle arrangements for us with Ernie and Carol. Ken Stone, the parts manager, upon hearing that we had metal plates on our mud flaps from an Alberta dealership, insisted on replacing them at no cost to us! We also had some custom leather work done that we are very happy with. Kudos to Terry Olson at "First Class Vinyl" for his work! Because it was part of the original deal, we were given a courtesy vehicle while the work was done... even though we were there early in the day and most departments were not open yet, one of the managers really went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, we cannot speak highly enough of Colin and every one of his interactions with us. He is a real gentleman who took care of every detail to a point well beyond our expectations. We strongly recommend your company to anyone making a vehicle purchase in the Kelowna area. We absolutely love our Ram 3500! Kudos to Dean McAuley, the owner, for putting together such a fine team! Outstanding Experiance We started out looking on line for a used mini van not sure exactly want we wanted but my husband and I had some ideas of what we wanted. We talked on the phone with both John and Travis and decided to come down and test drive some of the vans they had. Well once going down there in person and checking things out we where able to get a better picture of what we wanted. We asked all kinds of questions and changed our minds, but no one made us feel bad or stupid. To Everyone that we came in contact with from John to Travis to Jordan to Josh and even to Donna at the front desk..... even though i know thats not her name she will laugh when she reads this and all those i cant remember your name THANK YOU for your friendliness and help. We now own a 2014 30th edition Dodge Mini van that we LOVE, it has everything that we wanted and is on the mark for the budget we wanted to stay at. I was blown away to go in for a test drive at noon and driving home that day with a new van, even having our 2 year old daughter with us it was a smooth processes. My daughter even messed up one of the guys offices..... I cant remember his name but he rocks too. Worst Experience EVER I recently took my 6 month old Fiat 500 in for a scheduled service appointment. I waited 3 and a half hours for the oil change to be completed, durin I recently took my 6 month old Fiat 500 in for a scheduled service appointment. I waited 3 and a half hours for the oil change to be completed, during which I attempted to contact the dealership 3 times to find out where my car was and why it wasn't finished being serviced yet. After being told that I would receive a call back with regards to the whereabouts of my car, I did not receive a call back. After waiting another 45 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle service (I was 15 minutes away from the dealership), I asked to speak to the service advisor about my dismal experience. He proceeded to inform me that he was sorry I felt that way but they aren't a "quick oil change kind of place" and basically brushed me off. When I went to pick up my car to leave, I discovered that it wasn't washed, had a copious amount of bird poop on it that was not on the vehicle when I dropped it off, and the e-brake was not pulled, and the car is a manual transmission. I am incredibly dissatisfied with my service with Okanagan Dodge today, especially considering I purchased my vehicle from them only 6 months ago. I will not be back and would not recommend that anyone take their vehicle there. More
