Lack of Communication - Service department Took my vehicle in for service 2 months ago. There was a clear problem and I was told it was fixed. This first visit they kept my vehicle much longer Took my vehicle in for service 2 months ago. There was a clear problem and I was told it was fixed. This first visit they kept my vehicle much longer than I was initially told. No rental vehicle and I they wouldn't call me to give me any updates. I had to call them to see what was going on. Fast forward 2 months, I did a little investigating and found that the issue I had originally brought it in for, was still there! Had to bring it back to them and took another 2 days to fix. In this time I was told that they would call me to give me an update but again, they never called me. I again had to call to ask when it would be ready only to be told "oh yah... its ready to be picked up". Moreover, during my second visit I asked that they look at another issue that came up but they didn't even follow up on my concern. Now I expect that i will have to go for another service in the near future..... The first time I dropped off my vehicle, I dropped it off towards the end of the day and the younger employees working were all gathered talking about their weekend plans speaking with profanity laced language. To me it seems like since I was not paying for the service (as the vehicle is still under warranty), they are not really keen on doing much work for me. More

Unexpected Surprise Last week I took my 2014 Edge into the Dealership to swap over my winter tires for summer tires and get an oil and filter change. While I was waiting I walked around the lot and met up with salesperson Samir. He and I chatted and I let him know that I had been contemplating downsizing my vehicle to something a bit smaller. He offered me a test drive in a 2019 Escape and I loved the vehicle. By the end of the afternoon I was going home in a new vehicle! Everyone at the dealership was awesome - no pressure sale and a good value for my trade in vehicle.
