Recall service was completed quickly and efficiently, which I appreciate. However, I was disappointed by a few aspects of the customer experience. In previous visits, the dealership always provided a complimentary car wash, but this time it was skipped without explanation. Additionally, although I understand this was a free recall service, the attitude of the staff when I picked up my vehicle felt noticeably cold and unwelcoming—simply because I didn’t purchase additional services. Finally, while shields and retainers were installed as part of the recall, no parts were replaced. I would have appreciated a more thorough explanation about why that was deemed sufficient. Overall, this visit didn’t reflect the level of hospitality and transparency I’ve come to expect from Ocean Park Ford. More
