I was booked in for a list of iteams. I was booked fir first think in the am, I dropped my truck off the day before so the dealer would have the truck the hole day. They fixed my nav and back up alarm and first think in the am, I dropped my truck off the day before so the dealer would have the truck the hole day. They fixed my nav and back up alarm and ordered me a chrome running board, but didn’t have time for my door lock issue. I was told they would do the door locks when the running board came in. I got a call a week later and was asked if they could have my truck for 2 days to do all my doors for the locking issue when cold. I was unable to give them the truck for 2 days as they didn’t have a loaner car available I was told. I made arrangements to drop of truck night before and they told me they would do the drivers door first as it is the worst and get as many done as they could. At the end of the next day I went to pick up my truck and was told they can’t do the doors because the can’t fault it right now? I told them from from the start it only does it in cold and was booked 2 times to be done, never being told they couldn’t fault and they wanted truck for 2 days. I asked why the change in plan and what am I to do and was told I have to wait and show them the problem when it happens even know I have on file them fixing previously and I got a recall letter that we talked about. I told them I called last winter and they couldn’t get me in they were to busy and I just get told to let my truck run with remote start till doors defrost to open. There is more I can say but this is the jist of the problem. I guess I will wait and hope I can get the truck to them so they can see it happen although to get it there I will have to let run till it defrosts and then when there they will again not be able to confirm the issue!!! More
