We switched dealerships to OP Ford and I wish we would have done it sooner. The service dept is great, and led by Jenn, she never over promised once and set clear expectations as to how long we would be w have done it sooner. Needing two cars for work, we rely heavily on communication. In the past we were told on a couple occasions it would be 1-3 hour turnaround, then 7 hours later I would need to call, wait on hold or leave a vm, wait for that update. Not here!
