What my family and I loved is that he didn’t talk to us like a salesman, he talked to us like a friend. That’s what earned our business. Went to other dealers with my wife, and the salesman wouldn’t even acknowledge her wants or needs! This wasn’t the case with Reese. He showed us an equal amount of attention. If you want to do business with someone who actually cares about you and not just the commission go to Oakridge Ford and deal with Reese. We were really thankful that he didn’t waste our time trying to sell us on something bigger or fancier or newer than what we were looking for. He understood our wants and needs, and got us into the right car right away! Because he was so knowledgable and pro-active, we ended up buying the car right there, on the spot because we were so happy, and appreciated his no-nonsense demeanour. Other than that, the dealership was clean, well-kept and staff were nice. We even got to enjoy a BBQ the day we came to pick up our car, which was nice! Lastly, Oakridge Ford gave us a very competitive trade in value for our previous car, that beat out other dealerships. Thanks Reese and team for the great service. More
