Renewed Faith Quite frankly, my faith in car sales people could not have been lower. I moved to London from the UK in 1988 and my selfish want was to own a truck, but the only truck I really ever wanted was an F150. I was finally able to realize that dream in 2012 when I was recommended to Steve Sawruk at Oakridge Ford in London, Ontario. Steve was so understanding and enthusiastic to help me in getting what I need. In my humble opinion, Steve Sawruk personifies all that a salesperson should be. He helped me so much in finally getting my first new F150 in 2012 and my recent purchase of a lovely 2017 F150. I never stop recommending Steve Sawruk to family, friends and to be honest anyone I come across that is needing a new or used vehicle. If the truth be know from my perspective, if other salespeople were to use Steve as a template on how to deal with costumers the car sales industry would not only be more trusting as far as customers are concerned but also a lot more credible. I still talk to Steve on occasion when he calls to check on my satisfaction with my purchase and enquiries as to how my family is doing. We were really thankful that he didn’t waste our time trying to sell us on something bigger or fancier or newer than what we were looking for. He understood our wants and needs, and got us into the right car right away! Because he was so knowledgable and pro-active, we ended up buying the car right there, on the spot because we were so happy, and appreciated his no-nonsense demeanour. Other than that, the dealership was clean, well-kept and staff were nice. We even got to enjoy a BBQ the day we came to pick up our car, which was nice! Lastly, Oakridge Ford gave us a very competitive trade in value for our previous car, that beat out other dealerships. Thanks Reese and team for the great service. More
