Great experience I first entered the dealership about a month ago. Kelly Karl-Begg was the first to greet me. I told her what I was looking for. At the time there was nothing on the lot that met my needs. As possible matches came in she kept me in mind and emailed me details. She never called or pestered me to come back in. I decided to look for a newer car so went back in. Kelly was a joy to deal with. We looked at a couple of possibilities, again no pressure. On the last visit we got lucky and a car that had been previously sold was now available. It was the right match. Exactly what I was looking for. Now the hard work began, the bargaining process. Once again she made what is naturally a stressful situation as pleasant as possible. We made a deal. The nicest part is that she appeared to be as happy for me as I was happy to make the deal. Great delivery process as well. Should mention here that Stephanie in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. More

I fell in love with a 2012 Ford Focus but was hesitant about buying it due to mechanical issues in the past. John explained that it had all be looked after and fixed. I feel so confident in my new car and will never go anywhere else to buy any other vehicle. More

Extremely helpful My 2014 dodge journey was totalled when a deer came out of the ditch and hit me on June 28th 2016. I had just bought the journey the end of December 2015 from Oakridge and therefore had the journey towed to Oakridge collision center. While I was retrieving my personal belongings from the journey I was introduced to a very nice young salesman by the name of Brian Hare. He was very personable and I liked him right away. He was understanding of my situation and began immediately to try and get me into a different vehicle. After test driving a used vehicle it was decided that maybe a new vehicle would be a better choice. I ended up choosing a 2016 ford escape. Although it is a bit smaller than my other vehicle I really like it. It hugs the road nicely and is actually quite roomy. I also like that it is 4wd as I have to commute 50km to work through the snow belts. This purchase was very difficult to accomplish because we had to deal with the insurance company as well as financing. Charles Gardiner the finance manager was a godsend in putting everything together. When I'm ready to trade the Escape in I will most definitely return to Oakridge Ford! More
