Underwhelming Salesperson My partner and I wanted to test drive a Focus to compare against the Elantra (which we ended up buying). The saleswoman was not someone I would ever My partner and I wanted to test drive a Focus to compare against the Elantra (which we ended up buying). The saleswoman was not someone I would ever recommend to anyone. I started by letting her know that we were comparing everything back to the Elantra. I asked if she was familiar with it, she assured me that she was, she didn't even know much about the Focus. She seemed taken back when I asked about the trim levels and was unable to even tell me what they were let alone the difference between them. Each time I made a comparison between the Elantra we had just looked at and the Focus she was trying to show us she either did not respond or seemed flustered. The test drive was another issue. She lead us out to the parking lot pressing the remote until she found the vehicle. Then she drove us back to the dealership door to get a gas voucher, then to the next door gas station, then sat in the back for the test drive. All around very unprofessional, if you can't have the car at the door ready to go (we would have even waited) then just don't bother. At this point we just went through the motions as we had no desire to consider dealing with her. By comparison the Hyundai salesperson (who was new to the job) was able to produce a flyer with all of the trim levels listed. Had the car at the door ready to go and told us to see him when we got back. IHe is someone I would not hesitate to recommend. More

I originally went to Highbury Ford, and had an absolutely terrible experience. Very high pressure and slimey. Oakridge ford was the complete opposite experience!! Very gentle and understanding team that didn't pressure me into buying anything or any stupid extras. They had a promotion on when we purchased our vehicle, and my husband and I won a trip to LAS VEGAS!!! I bought a 2013 Ford edge for 21k and it is the best purchase I've ever made. Thanks Kelly!!!! Excellent customer service and Finance options I went to oakridge ford looking at used cars because of my credit problems, after a couple days of playing with numbers Charles in the finance departm I went to oakridge ford looking at used cars because of my credit problems, after a couple days of playing with numbers Charles in the finance department was able to get me approved for a brand new 2016 ford fusion at half the interest rate I was paying on my current car and they payed off the 14,500 I owed still on my car, all together a great experience, I highly recommend buying your next car at oakridge ford. thanks Kelly and Charles .
