I originally went to Highbury Ford, and had an absolutely terrible experience. Very high pressure and slimey. Oakridge ford was the complete opposite experience!! Very gentle and understanding team that didn't pressure me into buying anything or any stupid extras. They had a promotion on when we purchased our vehicle, and my husband and I won a trip to LAS VEGAS!!! I bought a 2013 Ford edge for 21k and it is the best purchase I've ever made. Thanks Kelly!!!! Great experience I first entered the dealership about a month ago. Kelly Karl-Begg was the first to greet me. I told her what I was looking for. At the time there was nothing on the lot that met my needs. As possible matches came in she kept me in mind and emailed me details. She never called or pestered me to come back in. I decided to look for a newer car so went back in. Kelly was a joy to deal with. We looked at a couple of possibilities, again no pressure. On the last visit we got lucky and a car that had been previously sold was now available. It was the right match. Exactly what I was looking for. Now the hard work began, the bargaining process. Once again she made what is naturally a stressful situation as pleasant as possible. We made a deal. The nicest part is that she appeared to be as happy for me as I was happy to make the deal. Great delivery process as well. Should mention here that Stephanie in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. More
