When purchasing my new car I dealt with Salesman Neil Hawco and Finance Manager Gayle Young. Neil was an exceptional guy to deal with and made my experience of buying a new car so much fun. I have all the facts going into the service when I make the appointment, and they always confirm with me if there are additional repairs dealership. After returning to the dealer with a Tundra purchased at another dealer location. I found the service to be lacking in communication. The work ( a wheel alignment and front end inspection ) was carried out another dealer location. I found the service to be lacking in communication. The work ( a wheel alignment and front end inspection ) was carried out over 2hrs or so the frontline service dept thought, when in fact the truck in question was returned to the parking lot after 45mins. When approched by the service advisor and Asked wether I wanted them to continue looking into the problem or not I said " No , I will take it up with another dealer". I was then told "Your truck will be ready shortly after the wheels are put back on", to which I replied " just give me the keys , its been parked outside for the last hour and twenty mins ! " Don't let this be a reflection on the overall dealership, the sales department and frontline staff for sales and financing are great, its just the service dept that needs a little refining. More

I just bought my 4th vehicle through O'regans. All my buying experiences with O’regans have been good but the latest was my best experience yet. From front to back they are a great dealership and have ab buying experiences with O’regans have been good but the latest was my best experience yet. From front to back they are a great dealership and have about as much integrity as a dealership can have. I leased a Prius and it was one of the last remaining ones they had. There is a North American wide shortage of them and O'regans still gave me a good price and a fair trade and even went the extra mile to get me into it. I know they could have hung on to it and sold it at any price during the coming storm of gas prices and Prius supply issues. I always found their service department to be top notch also. This was my second time dealing with Cali Wagner and she is awesome all around—thanks Cali! More

The problem that I discovered when I got home was that I had been charged twice for engine oil on the invoice. A phone call to the sales person that I had dealt with quickly corrected the error and apologi had been charged twice for engine oil on the invoice. I also reported a problem with the rear hatch door on my Matrix and was told that the remedy was replacement of the hydraulic arms at high cost. I then asked if it was under warranty and told it was not. Then I explained that I had purchased an extended warranty from them which led them to search their computer system and discover that I was covered. I think their system should show automatically that a client has bought an extended warranty from them and not need to be told. More
I could not have been more satisfied with my experience at Oregan's Dartmouth. Neil was friendly, as would be expected at a dealership but above all he was genuine.
