I am the proud owner of a 2009 Toyota Corolla. Neil Hawco was someone I wanted to do business with because he wasn't pushy, he was friendly, helpful and sincere. I RECENTLY REQUIRED A MINOR REPAIR TO BE DONE ON MY MOM'S TOYOTA YARIS. NEIL HAWCO HAD SOLD MOM THE CAR A YEAR AGO. WHEN I TOOK THE CAR TO NEIL TO ASK FOR HIS RECOMMENDATION HE DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM WITH SEV TOYOTA YARIS. NEIL HAWCO HAD SOLD MOM THE CAR A YEAR AGO. WHEN I TOOK THE CAR TO NEIL TO ASK FOR HIS RECOMMENDATION HE DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM WITH SEVERAL OTHER GENTLEMAN AT THE DEALERSHIP AND LITERALLY WALKED WITH ME FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO THE NEXT UNTIL HE WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME....LATER THAT SAME DAY. I accidentally got in contact with Toyota, Neil Hawco and because of Neil's willingness to work with me and his friendlyness I decided to buy a new 2011 Camry. This is the third car we purchased from this dealership. My wife bought a 2010 Toyota Camry last November. I just leased a 2011 Scion. The sales manager Mark and the business manager also did what they needed to do to make this a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend these people and this dealership to anyone. You won't find much better. But then thinking about it you wouldn't expect anything less from a Toyota/Scion dealer. It took two weeks to get a decent price on the trade in of my previous vehicle. There's no deals to be had at a Toyota dealership even though the build and price section on there website states that the MS of my previous vehicle. There's no deals to be had at a Toyota dealership even though the build and price section on there website states that the MSRP is not the set price that dealers may chose to sell for less they stick firmly to that price. Yes the staff is extreamly friendly (why not you're spending $40,000). This is my second vehicle from this dealership I purchase Toyota's because I plan to use them for 15 to 20 years You can't do that with too many other makes out there. More
