Awful service. They will make you keep driving your car when you tell them you’re experiencing exhaust fume issues. They will tell you that your door having wind noise was from “probably a window left open”. You will have to return to have your brand new tires rims and sensors re-balanced after giving you the car with underinflated tires and having your car bounce on the highway. They will never apologize for awful service. They will ignore your concerns when you tell them that their loaner car had less wind noise than my car (the same car). Turns out the rear door wont close all the way. I did the diagnosis. No thanks for doing the work for them. They will then admit yes that air/moisture are entering the door there. And make you keep driving the car. The door that wont close all the way is right beside the hybrid battery air intake. After explaining that its the rear driver side door is propped open. They were fully prepared to look at the wrong door. “So we are looking at the driver door today”. I was baffled. Are they unable to process any information? I am very concerned that there is water and salt in the hybrid battery area. The car has been driven for months since this half-xxx diagnosis. I have been inhaling exhaust fumes on virtually every drive. My hybrid battery will be destroyed by water and salt entering this compartment. Toyota Dartmouth will not give you a loaner vehicle even if you are concerned about your pregnant wife inhaling these exhaust fumes. If I dont drive this car, I will lose my job, my house and wont be able to afford the car. Once you buy the car, they will proceed to give the most half-xxx, lazy, incompetent and unprofessional service imaginable. Be prepared to return for inexcusable mistakes. They will under-inflate your tires and will not apologize. They did offer to put in new door seals on the front driver door when they knew it would do nothing. (before I diagnosed it was the rear door) Toyota Corporate said sorry you experienced this. Should have bought another honda. Had zero issues with my honda accord. When you bring it in for exhaust fume entering the car diagnosis before you do your own diagnosis, they will waste 3 hours idling the car with the heat and ac on full blast and tell you “we found no moisture” What did that have to do with the exhaust fumes entering the car? Then the manager will become pissy with you for calling them out on doing useless work that we all knew (manager included) wouldnt lead to anything. If you like wasting your time and money and being treated like you’re a problem when your car has problems. This is the place for you. More

Due to lack of parts inventory, parts are ordered and another appointment is required. Any other garage: Take your vehicle in and assessment- part of the fix is done, parts are delivered to the garage and vehicle is fixed in one visit typically. The added service visit at Toyota is extremely inconvenient and costly. More

Horrible experience I was power pressured into first finance at age 60. Told a lower priced plug in vehicle would be ready for test drive I arrived and it was sold. Another more expensive gas fueled veh finance at age 60. Told a lower priced plug in vehicle would be ready for test drive I arrived and it was sold. Another more expensive gas fueled vehicle exact same make as the 18 year old car of mine that had been towed into same dealership garage days before -totalled was sitting ready for me by front door. What followed was a pressure sale to me ... recovering from stroke - no income except small disability - not yet returned to employment . Even if the finance has been explained and made longer it would be better than 6000 down an payments too high for me. My fault I accepted but high pressure sale to senior citizen they recognized was under pressure with my totalled car in their garage and my disability. More
Disorganized and Unprofessional – Avoid This Dealership I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership, which clearly prioritizes profit over customer service. I was ready t Dealership I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership, which clearly prioritizes profit over customer service. I was ready to purchase a truck and had instructed them to get back to me in the morning about the pre-approval so I could finalize the sale. Not only did they fail to contact me, but they also sold the truck to someone else the very next day without informing me that there was another interested buyer. The communication issues didn't stop there. Initially, they even sent me to the wrong dealership, causing me unnecessary inconvenience. After going out of my way to visit the correct location, I was jerked around and ultimately left without the truck I wanted. This dealership is a textbook example of how not to run a business. The staff is disorganized, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. They are more interested in making a quick sale than building long-term customer relationships. Their blatant disregard for potential buyers is shocking and unacceptable. I understand the need to make sales, but their complete lack of communication and respect for customer satisfaction is appalling. They are only interested in taking your money, with zero regard for providing a decent buying experience. Pissing off potential buyers is not a sustainable business model. I will be sharing my negative experience widely to warn others about their lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership like the plague. There are plenty of other dealerships that value their customers and provide the service you deserve. Avoid this dealership if you value your time, money, and sanity. More
Steve was so easy and pleasant to deal with. Gave me alot of support to figure out what I really wanted and needed. Also called me after purchase to see if I had any questions for him. Sales agent Kaitlyn Ross was excellent. She was quite knowledgeable, pleasant and handled any concerns we had. We would certainly recommend her. Gerry and Marilyn Vrbensky. I would have given no stars if this had been possible. I went to this dealership on Dec 27/23 to have an oil change completed. After a 2 hour wait and nasty conversation between myself and the service man I went to this dealership on Dec 27/23 to have an oil change completed. After a 2 hour wait and nasty conversation between myself and the service manager, I have determined that this dealership is more about insulting customers rather than providing them with good customer service. Honestly, I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership over the last number of years and I totally regret this. I will never buy from them again. I am not saying I will never buy Toyota again, as I have been loyal to this company for over 25 years and continue to feel the vehicle is well built but O'Regan's Dartmouth is a huge disappointment.
