FMPP and check of steering Britanny and her supervisor did a great job of having the vehicle FMPP done. But, the big item was the tie rods had been replaced, under warranty, in Britanny and her supervisor did a great job of having the vehicle FMPP done. Buying a car is a one-time experience and my purchase from Northstar Ford over four years ago was handled in a very competent manner. However, it won't be a sales pitch that gets me back into Northstar to buy another car. It is the Service Centre. I trust them. Each and every time I have brought my car in for its regular maintenance I have been blown away by their competency and friendliness. The Service Centre is the reason I have not had to deal with any problems with my car as their care has kept it running smoothly. My maintenance package will run out sometime this year but I will keep getting my car serviced at Northstar because the experience is worth it in time, money, and happiness. More
