Dirty car I came in with a fully detailed car and when I picked it up the windows were fithly, there was grease in three spots on the exterior, and the paper ma I came in with a fully detailed car and when I picked it up the windows were fithly, there was grease in three spots on the exterior, and the paper mat was left in the car. Far more satisfactory I found that the service was always ok here. However since I purchased my new vehicle this past December the service has by far improved. This being the first "service" I have brought it in for I wasn't sure why to expect as again it use to be very just alright. Great personnel I have had to wait in long lines to drop my car off in the past but recently have not had to at all. People who take the cars in are incredibly nice a I have had to wait in long lines to drop my car off in the past but recently have not had to at all. People who take the cars in are incredibly nice and helpful. I struggle a lot with getting my stroller through the doors when the bay door is closed. Not only is there no open button but the two doors are so close together it is impossible to go through one at a time. It did not help that three employees walked by me without helping. Even if the pavement outside (sidewalk) was decent or large enough it would help. More
